Which routers and credits are included?
Sample credits: Gryphon AX $100, Gryphon Tower $75, Gryphon Guardian $50, and another brand’s router $50. One owned, working router with its power adapter per Atlas Max; US households only. Credit cannot exceed the hardware price, has no cash value, and is not combined with other hardware promotions in this sample program.
What counts as working condition?
The router powers on and is owned outright by the person trading it in. Ordinary cosmetic wear is accepted. Rented or provider-owned equipment does not qualify. Serial numbers and ownership would be checked in a real application, not in this prototype.
When do I return my old router?
Within 30 days after your new Atlas is delivered. The proposed program includes a prepaid US return label for the router and its power adapter. Back up any needed settings and factory-reset the router before packing it. Do not send anything during this preview.
How does the credit affect payment?
The standard hardware price is $499 per unit, with a $10 deposit and a $489 remaining balance. The sample trade-in credit provisionally reduces that remaining balance when Atlas ships. Inspection of the returned router confirms the credit afterward. For example, a $100 approved credit would mean $10 deposit plus $389 remaining, for $399 hardware total. Shipping, tax, inspection timing, and billing details require approval before launch.
What if my router doesn’t qualify or I don’t return it?
The proposed process would explain the reason and let you choose between proceeding at the standard hardware price or requesting the available return/cancellation option. No automatic extra charge is part of this sample policy. Final cancellation, router-return, refund, and shipping terms must be defined before launch.
